Terms & Conditions

1.   Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the San Gabriel Valley Bar Association’s website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2.   Memberships

  • Annual memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

  • Membership benefits and terms may change at the discretion of the Association.

  • You are responsible for keeping your membership information current, including your contact details and payment information.

3.   Events & Registrations

  • Event listings are provided for informational purposes only. The San Gabriel Valley Bar Association reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event at its discretion.

  • Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds or credits for cancellations are subject to the San Gabriel Valley Bar Association’s cancellation policy, which will be outlined in each event’s registration details.

4.   Payments

  • All payments made through the Site (including membership dues, event fees, or other charges) must be made using the accepted payment methods provided.

  • The San Gabriel Valley Bar Association uses third-party payment processors; by submitting payment information, you authorize the San Gabriel Valley Bar Association and its payment processors to charge your account.

  • The San Gabriel Valley Bar Association is not responsible for errors caused by your bank, payment processor, or credit card provider.

5.   Mailing List

  • By subscribing to the San Gabriel Valley Bar Association’s mailing list, you consent to receive communications from us via email.

  • You may opt out of receiving emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the emails or contacting us directly at unsubscribe@sgvba.com.

6.   Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and event materials, is owned by or licensed to the San Gabriel Valley Bar Association and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

7.   User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

8.   Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The San Gabriel Valley Bar Association does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.   Limitation of Liability
