As the Executive Director of AYC, Michelle Freridge leads a mission centered staff of more than 65 employees and hundreds of volunteers, who provide education, employment, and social services to more than 6,000 low-income, immigrant, and at-risk youth and families, adults and seniors annually. She supports the Board of Directors and directly oversees the organization's finances, operations, fundraising, marketing, and program delivery including data collections and program evaluation.
